Reed's Gourmet Meat is a USDA inspected facility located in East Sacramento. The Meat Company serves restaurants and quality-minded grocers in the greater Sacramento area. Brookfield's Restaurants purchased Reed's Gourmet Meat Company in 1998 after the founder retired.
Reed’s Gourmet Meat provides Brookfields with naturally-aged, freshly-cut Certified Angus Beef® steaks and CAB® lean ground chuck. Additionally, the breakfast and chorizo sausage are made fresh daily from pork shoulder using trusted family recipes.
