Customers appreciated their dedication to excellence. Many drove miles to dine at Brookfields (originally Bradshaws), often for a favorite menu item. Soon other locations were built. All sites adhere to the original concept.
Each morning, the aroma of freshly baked biscuits, muffins and cinnamon rolls greet customers as they enter the restaurant. Most items are made from scratch including soups, sauces and salad dressings. Menu items that cannot be made from scratch are selected with care. All of our steaks are cut, and hamburger ground fresh in our own USDA inspected facility.
Today, Sam and his sister, Stacy, operate the three Brookfields Restaurant along with an incredibly talented group of loyal employees. The original site is no longer a part of the group, but the tradition continues. |
